Lectures and timetables sometimes get changed short notice. Lectures don’t communicate together too well, they could communicate more so assignment deadlines don’t clash. Support from mental health team is good and the university is very comforting and welcoming to everyone. The location of campus is good as it’s close to shops and a lot of places to socialise.

Course is taught in person and we have a placement mentor which makes it easy to talk about any worries or questions. The hours are good however lectures could communicate better and we would get the most out of our learning. E.g they could make sure our assignments don’t clash and that we have enough time to cover everything.

I love the university of Chester as it is a diverse and beautiful city to study in. The campus is ideally located only a 10 minutes walk away from the city. The facilities at the university are impressive and there is always work going on to make sure the campus looks neat and tidy. The resources available are excellent and easy to locate and use.

The course is taught well with the majority of lectures and seminars being in person. The new education building has lots of useful resources and is a nice place to learn and study. The contact hours are very good and guidance for assignments and tasks is always really useful.

The halls are very good value for money, the rooms are modern and up to date. The WiFi is usually good all around the house. The kitchen is quite small but that is to be expected with the halls being a more budget option. Everything was clean when moving in and the residential life team are always available to support when needed.
