Student support is awful, ignores emails and doesn’t help with referrals, constantly lying about referrals

Good, less lessons based on making lesson plans it’s a waste of time and looks like tutors havent planned anything

The campus is absolutely lovely and everything is made to be so affordable so it never feels like you have to miss out. There’s always something going on with the student union and it’s always varied so it’s not always the same thing every week. The gym is excellent and so affordable. The library is great with good spaces for studying depending on how you want to study and is really helpful when it’s open 24 hour close to exam season.

The course is taught in person which is excellent (we’ve had a few online lectures which have been disliked by students). Placement is excellent and we are well supported throughout. The library has subject specific resources and also allows us to have an extended rent time with these.

I really loved living in halls they were lovely and has everything we needed. The wifi was pretty good however didn’t support somethings (like games consoles) but was very reliable. The common rooms were lovely and brought the halls together. Security was always available for issues and noise complaints. Maintenance was mostly great, for issues in the kitchen they were fixed within 2 days however I had a problem with ants in my bathroom and they didn’t help with this.
