A highlight has to be how willing everyone is to help and support one another, and the community feel. As a mature part time student that lives off campus, I worried that I would feel very isolated but that hasn't been the case. In terms of negative aspects of the uni, if I had to nitpick, it would be how dark campus can get at night. Please install more lights on campus and leading up to campus, as some paths are extremely dark - not safe or terribly inclusive of the visually impaired!!!

I like that there isn't an excessive amount of contact time so that students can just get on with it. I do feel however that hybrid and remote friendly should be the norm for all seminars and lectures.

the yusu and accommodation have been great at putting on events, as well as my departments! but there is a lack of plug sockets in lecture theatres and and lack of study spaces

Course has been a bit challenging to get into as I havnt done anything like this but the problem solving learning style is really interesting, although sometimes you get people who aren't willing to have a discussion

My room was dirty when I arrived, but the college have been good at fixing things or adding things that weren't there, the location is perfect for campus but a bit far from town but the college have been great with events
