There are many older buildings that are sub par in accessibility and overall look/feel. These older buildings can be difficult to navigate for anyone. It would be great if this campus had a face lift. Chester itself is a beautiful place, particularly in the summer. There’s many places to explore and anywhere you go is rich in history and heritage.

Sport exercise science staff are nothing short of excellent. Each staff member are flawless in their professionalism and approachability. No student will have any problem approaching a staff member with any questions or concerns - these are all people who have devoted their lives to this discipline and will extend that same devotion to any student. I will never not be impressed with the staff on this course. The course itself is excellent, offering an extremely comprehensive insight into sport science from physiology to sociology - you really can home in on what you wish to do in the future. This is a truly excellent course I would easily recommend to anyone with even some interest in sports or exercise.

Whilst the location of Church College Close (CCC) is great - right on the campus itself - the rooms offer little to no space to house three people. Bathrooms and kitchens are small the bedrooms themselves are adequate. If a mess were to pile up in the kitchen your options of preparation and cooking become severely limited. WiFi is spotty and largely depends on who you are living with of which you have no say. It would be great if the university offered a choice around where students can stay rather than allocating students wherever they see fit.

Chester has a lot of places around outside of the university wherre you can go to a library and has a nice feeling in the city. The University its self is in a great location not far at all from the city very easy to get to, The facilities around it are good and the teachers i have this year are great and helpful. However the campus building i am on at the moment was not the best at the start of the year. There was no heating and it was very cold and it made me not want to be there as i was not able to concentrate being cold and little things like there was fruit flies flying around a lot which was just annoying but it was mainly having no heating specially in winter which did not help at all.

My modules this term has been mainly in person exept 1 lesson which was mainly online on teams, me personally i get distracted with online lessons i just cant sit there online with no one talking and just looking at a power point while the teacher talks. I prefer to just stick in person teaching as there isnt a lot of distractions. Onto talking about contacting lecturers the time span is fine as i woudnt expect them to be replying on weekends etc as they have their own life too but its a normal time span which i feel is perfectly fine.
