The tutors on my course are friendly and helpful, and seem to have a good understanding of my needs. Many of the problems I encounter are self-inflicted through factors relating to my attitude to learning, however, I often struggle with communication which doesn't receive as much support outside of my course environment.

The availability of my lecturers for contact outside of work hours is reasonable, and responses are generally quite fast. I also appreciate that the use of online learning via software such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom is minimal. I don't particularly like the schedule for the course as there have been multiple occasions where lectures or seminars start at 9am, and another instance where there are seminars running from 2pm until 6pm without a proper break.

Staffs is somewhere that is easy to fall in love with there is a lot of places around the university that you wouldn’t normally eat at if they weren’t basically on campus so whilst being there you’re always trying new things plus many of the facilities are so exciting to learn with as well as prepare you for post graduation

The best part of the course is overall the lecturers they’re all so friendly and want to help where even the lectures are small groups they always want to get to know you as a student and care about your wellbeing and interests. Another great thing about the course is how it has changed in the past year all the new modules and they’re all so interesting and helpful for post graduation

Stoke is well known for not being particularly safe especially around Shelton and Hanley but everything is pretty cheap and there is a lot of places to shop at as well as such a diverse mix of people at the university and in the local area

What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?
Although one of the more expensive accommodations and the price of circuit laundry is way too much I personally have stayed here 2 years and I have never regretted my choice of staying here the beds are so comfy and the WiFi is the fastest I’ve ever seen and the staff are lovely
