I am a distance leaner that doesn’t access the university site, however, this is more than made up for by the exceptional support by academic tutors, lecturers, student support and library staff. The online communication is brilliant, with lots of live webinars run by the library, as well as the availability of one to one online meetings with library and student services staff. I have regularly online meetings with my academic tutor and I can also book one to ones with any of my module lecturers. I have been able to connect with other students and we have set up small weekly online study groups.

As a result of covid, this uni feels like a home from home and an extended family that supports everyone and wants everyone to thrive.
