The NTU campus offers a vibrant and modern environment, perfect for both academic and personal growth. Its facilities are top-notch, with well-equipped libraries, high-tech labs, and comfortable study spaces. The green spaces around the campus also provide a relaxing escape from studies. The student support services are commendable, and staff members are generally approachable, offering valuable guidance. However, some areas could be improved. The cafeteria options can feel limited, and during peak times, it’s hard to find a quiet spot in the library. While most staff are attentive, a few seem less engaged, which can be frustrating.

The foundation course offers a solid introduction to science and engineering, with supportive lecturers and balanced course hours. In-class activities are engaging, but the practical sessions could use more variety to maintain interest. Blended learning works well, though occasional technical issues can be frustrating. I’ve visited the Brackenhurst campus and am thrilled to progress to Zoo Biology. The variety of animals and hands-on learning opportunities there are amazing, making it a highlight to look forward to.

Hard work but amazing. I wouldn't change it for everything! I wouldn't know where I would be going without my degree, I also wouldn't be the person I am now.....

Brilliant! We have brand new labs, great classrooms, a brand new library filled with great books and also a fantastic animal unit and farm!

We get great support and feedback on our work. There is also students from your course that can support you through your studies as well as student services that can support you through personal problems.

Our students union put on a variety of events and support societies. However the union is not as strong at our campus as it is small and away from the city.

Our campus is a little way out from the city but students often take the bus for nights out. The nights out are amazing and there is something for everyone regardless of music taste.

We have a Disney Society on campus and it is amazing!!!

Our lectures are really casual and classroom style rather that large lecture theatres. This makes it easier to contribute to class and answer any questions. We have a variety of tutors with different backgrounds that have a wide spectrum of knowledge. In our course we have a nice selection of both science related and zoo modules which makes it very interesting.

NTU's employability team are a friendly group that will help you with anything to do with placements, careers and jobs. They helped me obtain my placement and supported me through the application and whilst I was there. They also run lots of workshops that are really helpful.
