Great campus feel, close enough to town so its easy to get to places but not too close to town to not feel separate. Lots of support from many different places and people, i.e. college, YUSU, department etc

Some modules are a bit questionable when it comes to work set, but the teaching is incredible. Especially the Spanish lecturers, they seem like they really enjoy what they're teaching

In my opinion very overpriced compared to other accommodation at UoY. Good location (a bit out there because east campus, but within east campus its very nice, and very near to the bus stop). Satifactory amenities, maintenance is fast and efficient.
