The facilities are great! I always use places like the library to study and work on assignments, as well as services such as the ATM (or the Spar) for money withdrawals. The campus is great, huge, and full of nice places to relax with friends, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops for breaktime. In terms of student support, there are a lot of services available for students in need. Some do take quite some time to sort out, but overall they are more than satisfactory. I also love the variety of student societies that make socialising easier. The student life is great!

I really cannot complain about the courses. As a language enthusiast, I picked up 4 languages, namely Spanish, Japanese, Catalan and Italian, and I am impressed by how well the courses are made. The professors are extremely passionate about their subjects, and they offer so much support and materials for us to study. Moreover, they are very understanding. The contact time tends to be great for my main courses, but my Italian course is a "free-for-all" course, meaning I do not get credits for it, and it only takes one hour a week – which is fine, especially considering the number of weekly classes I have and my commuting times. During this hour, we practise what we studied independently (with the guidance of our professor), but due to the constraint of only having one hour, sometimes there isn't enough time to cover everything. I'd still give it a 4-star rating for contact time, as it rarely happens, but it would be nice if maybe free-for-all classes were a little longer.
