Lecturers and other staff very friendly and always available for help. Security (accommodation) respond quickly to concerns eg fire alarm. Criminology a new course for the university but is tailored for students to help us get into a relevant career through work placement in second year with a range of modules in different subject areas. The Hub has many useful services that assist with basic needs such as computer needs and mental support. Other students in both lessons and in accommodation are really friendly and always ready to help each other and support when having a hard time at university.

Course fully taught in person, allowing for discussion with other students and the lecturer to learn more information about the module. Not many course hours but learn lots of information within the time. By having all lectures within two days it allows for time to engage with societies or a part time job. Can easily contact lecturers through email if needing support. There is also some in person contact hours for support with assignments through each module and lecturers are always up to in person meetings if necessary.

Rooms are a good size for the money. En-suites well done. Shared communal areas remain clean through occasional cleaner visits and through everyone in the flat working together to keep it clean. Internet could be better - often no service but WiFi is decent.

It is a small campus which makes students not feel overwhelmed. Also allows staff to be able to help everyone who needs support and not leave anyone else. Lecturers are very helpful if you need help.

contact with lectures is easy to do and is very helpful. lectures are very information based which is really good.

it is very clean and if there is any problems then maintenance is straight on it! For what you get the money for rent is very reasonable.
