It’s such an accepting university, with people from all paths in life, the lectures are fun to be around and make you feel at home! Parking could definitely be improved though

This course has given me perspective, I’ve also found my niche.

Everyone at the University is so welcoming and made the transition easier. The societies I've joined host a variety of activities that make sure everyone gets involved so it's helped with the social side of University. Around Portsmouth there is so much to see and do and explore, besides the beaches so it's a nice community. I have struggled to make friends at University and have found it difficult to approach my peers. During freshers week it was nice because the University hosted loads of events to meet people but since then there hasn't been many events like that.

At the beginning of my course I couldn't log into my student Microsoft account and moodle so now I've significantly fallen behind. I am slowly catching up but there is a lot of extra reading for my course which I don't want to skip over. I've not had to do extra reading before so it is a bit overwhelming. In my course I do enjoy learning about the different theories and concepts.
