I am really enjoying university. The support from staff and fellow students is great and I feel confident that I will succeed in my studies. Huddersfield is a friendly and welcoming university

The library is excellent and has lots of access to online resources. There are plenty of cafe's and places for students to socialise as well as study areas with good facilities.

I have access to a wide range of wellbeing services as well as a supportive personal tutor. I can access plenty of support in person as well as online

There is lots going on but as a mature student with 3 children I do not have as much time to get involved as other students

The shopping is good but as a commuter student I do not use the town centre much

Seminar groups are small allowing students to feel comfortable to speak in groups.

Very good in meeting old and new friends but hard to manage workload and deadlines
