I think that Coventry University is a fantastic place to study. Our learning materials are always available and well organised which helped me a lot when I couldn't attend classes at campus. So far, all tutors were enthusiastic, friendly and incredibly helpful. All my questions were always answered, and the the feedback I received helped me improved my work. I also feel that whatever I struggled with, there was always someone that I could talk to and receive an advice. Two things I would mention as an improvement would be fixing the attendance registering system, as I found both of the student id cards malfunctioning, which affected my attendance report. The second thing I would consider an improvement is marking students as present if they have a valid reason to attend online session instead of the one on campus.

Overall, the contact with our tutors is very good, they are always there to help. During the first term I was studying fully online which I enjoyed more than traveling for face to face sessions. This is, however, a personal preference, as it is much easier for me to focus when classes are delivered online. The thing I did not like about our timetable is the fact, that usually we had to travel all the way to campus for just one 2hr session, but on Thursday this term, we had 4 hours that we had to spend waiting for other sessions to start.
