There could be more plants on campus, and more facilities such as free coffee/tea for students (used to be in one zone but has been removed)

The lectures are all very passionate about what they do, and you can tell they care about the students

There’s a wide range of places on campus to study and there’s laptops and computers incase you don’t have one which has been very handy to me. There’s help on the library desk if you’re stuck with something or you go to info point if your question needs a wider range. But there will also be someone to answer your question. The only thing I’d say to improve maybe some more private study spaces. It can get quite busy and due to this can be a bit noisey in places that are supposed to be quiet which can be distracting when it comes to doing work

All of my teachers are pretty good with teaching and their resources. Everything is provided on blackboard and explained out. I think details within the lecture is pretty good. Only thing is some of them are hard to get hold of via email. I’ve had some meetings booked with teachers and they’ve not shown up and hadn’t said anything or they take weeks to reply to email and we’re supposed to have a reply within 72 hours

The public transport is good when it actually shows up! Often it gets cancelled or youre stood for hours waiting. It’s quite out the way of Bristol centre so you’d have to rely on either living near, or on public transport/ some kind of transport

So I had the opportunity to stay in both my first and second year in different locations. I think both were relatively cheap. My first room was a single room, good desk space, shower and toilet in your room. Although it was a wet room so make sure to have sliders if you go in there after a shower! The kitchen area was ok, it wasn’t very comfortable though and made it hard to chill out together as the chairs in the living room were like chairs you’d find in a waiting room at the doctors. Very bare only chairs and a table provided so you have to make it homely by putting in a tv etc. my second place was more modern, double bed, white finish, big tv in the kitchen and sofas. It was a lovely place. The only downfall was we were 4 floor and the lift broke every week!
