Loved it enough here to stay for my masters! The course itself and all staff are fantastic, and Portsmouth has just the right balance of clubs/daytime activites/outdoors spaces.

Good representation but facilities have gone downhi with the closure of the Waterhole bar!

Its in a great location close to shops, cafes, clubs, the sea...

My favourite thing is the great relationships with our lecturers and tutors, allowing a great support system. The small group sizes are also great.

Great job advertisements and options of well paid work at the umiversity

The lecturers for my subject area are absolutely brilliant, always willing to help if you are struggling and are really nice! I love Portsmouth as a place and the fact that the uni is within the city it's so nice I don't feel excluded in a 'campus bubble '. In terms of making improvements- I don't often hear anything about the students Union, they seem to be sort of in the background.

I only attend two hours a week as my degree is research based but I have access to graduate school programmes to help be become a better researcher which is positive.

Greetham street is in a great location and my individual room was pretty good. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. I had many issues with my flat as a whole, e.g broken window, mould in the kitchen caused by a leak in an upstairs flat. Management were terrible and these issues were never resolved the whole time I lived there. For a very expensive student property it was not at all worth the money I was paying.
