The uni is easily accessible via bus and train which is really good, however for students like myself that drive it is so hard to park around the uni and I often have to pay an extortionate amount for parking or else take two buses which takes me 90 mins to get to my class. However, I find the facilities throughout the university are really good and it is a positive experience in all of my classes

I really enjoy my course as it covers all aspects of sociology and social policy, however I find that some lecture slides are out of date and some of the content on canvas can be out of date as well

The elms village was really nice and the actual halls were good, however could get very cold during the day as the heating was only on in the morning and evening. Also, it was quite a far walk from the uni and from the city centre too however it felt safe and clean

Incredible on-campus facilities and plenty of resources for student support, particularly within SSESW

Fantastic lecturers and tutors who are more than happy to make time to help out any students, with good course content. Biggest downside is a lack of placement/travel opportunity (I am on Erasmus myself this year but it is in place of my second year and required a lot of effort on my part to make possible)

Well designed and managed, feels safe with a great reception team and city centre location. Could do with more options for commuting to campus and improved internet access.
