Pretty great, I’m currently halfway the course, the the university facilities is useful whenever I need to use them, the location and distance is fair, not too long to walk to rely on public transport.

Very good, has all the facilities you need and are well managed and taken care of, with social spaces to a free access to gym, a 24/7 Library etc.

Yes I believe so, they can both support both academic in terms of tutoring and easy feedback and personal for those who need counselling.

The university has a student rep per course which allows to voice out any concerns. Since studying within the nursing field. Our facilities to help us learn such as Clinical skill labs is very helpful with emulating a clinical ward setting for nursing students. With all the equipments and tools allows us to prepare for the real world hospital settings.

Has a wide range of societies, however I’ve only tried one sport society due to a busy lifestyle. But what I have heard from other students they are satisfied with the number of societies.

Usually one like is how the lessons are taught with one lecture in one hall and then a smaller group session to help students understand in depth. One least way the course is taught is that some lectures don’t have a smaller group lessons, meaning large lecture theatres are usually rushed.

Currently on 2nd yea so I have unable to make a comment about employability yet. However in terms of work placements the university work with the placement team with the Hospital Trust, with setting a period of placement in one area to another. It is possible to contact the team in terms of requesting certain placements. The university also offers international placements for year 3 of Nursing.

Staff are nice and helpful , very polite and pleasant , however communication between students and tutors need to improve.

Mental Health Nursing lecture's all amazing , blackboard materials very helpful. Contact with lecturers need to improve.
