Dance society have to pay to use the dance studio even though we pay a membership to join in the first place. I think we should be able to use the studio for free as part of our membership. I like careers BU and all the student opportunities.

I give it four stars because Bournemouth University has many to offer. I have trust in my lecturers and learnt a lot from them. The assignments were not only academic but also practical and I find that I could apply what we learnt during the placement year. My course at Bournemouth University offers a sandwich year where I get to work for a year and build my confidence, skills, and work experience in order to prepare for the working world. I find that the course is up to date to the practical world and so, I managed to carry out the tasks / challenges given to me during my placement year.

Bournemouth University has very good facilities, especially in the media school.

The Student Union is good, although, I am not very involved with their activites.

Bournemouth is a very small town, but they have a good / decent night life here. Although, you might get bored of it quickly.

As mentioned earlier, the course is fantastic to prepare you for the working world. Most of the lecturers had many years experience before teaching, hence they give very useful advices and tips regarding the industry.

The competition to get a job in the UK is high in general, especially if you are not from the UK. However, my other coursemates did have to go through several job applications and interviews before securing a palcement. Only a handful managed to secure a job before they graduate.

The accomodation I had in my first year was good, met a lot of interesting and fun people. I felt very safe and the location was very central and convenient.
