I think its a very cute and cozy University, the support is really good but there aren't a lot of good social spaces or ways to make friends besides what events happened during freshers week. I think that sometimes I feel like my classes aren't challenging enough, I feel like I am taking highschool psychology classes again in my first year of Uni, and there aren't enough assignments to fall back on. But I do love this university, and I am thankful to be here, and I like that everything is compact and I think there is a lot of pretty places in Preston.

I think that I wish that more of my lecturers taught their own content and talked more , rather than just reading exactly whats on the slide that we have access to, it makes me feel like it wasn't worth coming to the lecture and I'd like for there to be more content.

I have many gripes for this Hall, I live in flat 2. In the first few weeks, we had to call security because the flat opposite of us would open the door and throw junk into our hallway and knocking on our doors and trying to cause issues. Our radiators haven't started working until earlier this week. The wifi is constantly shutting off randomly or making us have to log back in over and over and its very slow, I usually have to go to the library or somewhere else to do school work. The bathroom is disgusting, the showers don't work very well the floor cant be scrubbed the floor is just forever grimey, The water pressure is bad and maybe with the boiler being fixed I can have hot water for more than 5 minutes but I haven't noticed a difference in that yet. I complained about mold growing into the wall near my window multiple times and eventually they sent a man with muddy shoes , a paper towel roll and bleach spray (something I have already been doing but the Mold kept growing back ). We have had a broken window in our Kitchen for years (as told by one of the tenants here that has stayed here for 3 years now) that also no one has helped us fix. I'm thankful that I was put into a hall that has all girls and they are all great, and that the school was conscious of the request i made for the ground floor since I have arthritis , but with how much money I have given to live in this space I was really hoping for better.

Staff seem really lovely and reply quite quick
