The University of Roehampton is definitely my home away from home. The University of Roehampton is a beautiful campus with tons of things to do from seeing the on campus chickens and bunnies to playing rugby, or going to the pub for a drink with mates. I would recommend the university to everyone. The campus makes people of all cultures, backgrounds, sexual orientations, and more feel welcomed and safe on campus.

I have loved all of my courses here so far for my program. The only complant i would have is that my program now has half the amount of staff that they did when they started the program.

The only thing i would do to make the beverley flats better is to get better wifi other than that i have had no issues with the building or my room.

The postgraduate lecturers are great at teaching and very actively willing to engage with the students on the course. The library facilities are modern and provides access to thousands of books in person and online. The negatives are mainly about the enrolment process which is long and difficult to communicate with the university during, but once that has been completed there are no issues.

The lecturers are engaging and use a variety of learning styles to make the lectures more informative, incorporating case studies, guest lecturers and videos. However, the lecture rooms aren't the best with some not having desks to make notes on, or a lack of chairs causing students to have to lay them out themselves at the start of the lecture.

I stayed in Beverley, which had a double bed and ensuite facilities, I really liked the ensuite because it was a wet room style bathroom which prevented flooding and made it easier for the drains to operate effectively. The kitchen was spacious and had enough room for the amount of students in the flat. However, even though the University has 24/7 security they are not based on Whitelands so they have to drive down if there is an issue, meaning they are not patrolling. There is also a silverfish problem.
