The campus is beautiful and a lovely place to be. The downfall of the guild is being a separate organisation and doesn’t run like other student unions in the UK (I believe that the university actually owns the student guild which entirely defeats the purpose of it)

I haven’t experienced placement yet but know it is a great opportunity which is quite rare in the UK. Much of the content seems very irrelevant and highly biased towards the field of interest for that lecturer. There is very little freedom even in 3rd year to choose topics of interest to study as even optional modules have to be chosen to reflect a ‘well-rounded’ psychology degree

Incredibly expensive and more of the affordable accommodation has since been knocked down and is being replaced with more expensive accommodation. This is resulting in the university becoming more and more elitist

Guild can be really unhelpful and annoying once you get on society committee but otherwise good.

4th year is great, 1-2nd year not so
