Trent is great not only for a safe place to study but also for socialising. The sport is the best of both worlds. You can take it seriously and play competitively or play for fun which is a great way of involving everyone. The majority of the lecturers love NTU and that says something I think. To want to walk into uni everyday without fail is something not a lot of people have and I can say I do.

Best- it is mostly in person, which not a lot of people have nowadays. However if you needed to it also has online support, perfect for learning on the go. Worst- the hours are relatively long, on Thursday I am in from 10am until 6pm when I have sport training at 7pm.

There’s nothing I don’t love. We are very central so easy to get to and from the north and south which is great for me!

Byron was relatively expensive and needs updating, we only had 2 small sofas between 10 of us which made times difficult when making and eating food. However, the social aspects was brilliant everyone was very friendly! I did not feel safe from the security!!!

Nottingham Trent University is a wonderful place to study, the lectures are so knowledgable and helpful. They care about their students and are always there for you when needed. The teaching is strong and the atmosphere is both great for studying and relaxing. Pastoral care/support is exceptional and the university all want you to succeed. Facilities are all very good and they do have a service to loan laptops for those that need it. There are many societies and sports clubs to join for school spirit and the student life is second to none with Nottingham being home to many restaurants, bars and clubs. I am proud to be a member of NTU.

The course is taught in-class with lectures and seminars. All our lectures are exceptional with vast knowledge and industry experience. As a result, the university is very good at assisting with finding work placements/internships and the interview process. The course is also very career focused with the teaching being very industry driven so as to help us achieve a career in the future. We have excellent facilities for the course that assist us in our learning such as a great physical library and also access to many online resources such as BCIS, EGI and CoStar.
