The academic staff recognise your individuality and help you to utilise your strengths. You are an individual, not a number. As it's not a huge institution, you get to know a lot of people across all disciplines. I can't think of any negatives at the moment.

Course content is all in person. You get out what you put in. By being present in th estudio away from timetabled lectures, you get to see more of the academic staff who give you feedback on your work. If you aren't there, you can't get it. Lecturers are approachable and they assist you in finding your own path as an artist. there is no "school style" which I lke. Support staff, technicians, academic support and library staff are all excellent.
