We have a great visual art centre (Sainsbury Centre) it’s a magical place. There, you can relax and feel the natural arts run through your vein.

I absolutely love the greenery and ambience. The environment is invigorating. Having the Sainbury Centre on campus is also a remarkable experience. I love the sight of the ziggurats but wish they were in use. The lecturers are full of character and quite open-minded to different lived experiences. They are incredibly knowledgeable on their areas of work so able to provide sound theory with practical examples. SSRs are incredibly supportive especially in helping me learn about different benefits for students in uni. They have been great resource and reference points for me as an international student. It stood out to me particularly how responsive admin have been. I can usually expect a response within 24 hours - even before arriving in the UK when I was in a different time zone. My only drawback is that it takes a few days to get an appointment booked with the student union. By the time I did get an appointment a week after submitting my request, my issue had already been resolved. The second is that I wish there was more flexibility for international students with regards to accommodation. I find accommodation a bit expensive - especially if staying in an en-suite facility on campus. The rooms are also very small.

Classes are taught in- person and really allow for productive discussion around topics. It's a great way to encourage persons to share their diverse experiences with others.

Rooms are small but incredibly pricey. The location is exceptional ad they are right on campus and close to campus facilities such as the post graduate bar
