It’s great to be in the heart of the city, all the buildings are modern and look clean. The staff are easy to contact and are very approachable. The Student Union has a great dining area. However it can feel a bit disconnected as there isn’t a central hub for the student facilities, they’re scattered throughout the buildings.

The modules have a mix of fully on campus and blended learning which gives people options for what works for them. The lecturers are easy to get in contact with and take the effort to know the individual students.

I went to Leeds Beckett as I live in Bradford and it is a good, local university. Sometimes some lecturers can be late responding to queries or other emails. And with commuting you have the risk of getting all the way there just to have to cancelled two minutes before the seminar starts. However the course here has been infinitely beneficial to me. It has broadened by view of the world and people. The staff on my course are all helpful and enthusiastic.

Best - Interesting and covers so many areas from climate change to human rights, diplomacy and more. All with good staff and experts Worst - Sometimes emails can be lost due to the sheer amount emails get sent/received.
