The commute is too long. You have to pay to use the gym and the student union is like an echo chamber. The clubs and societies are great but I don't have time for them now being in my final year. The student accommodation is second to none.

I expected there to be much more contact time with my department than what I currently have. I expected more lectures and tutorials/seminars. Conflict and Diplomacy is my favourite module so far. London is a great place to be a student as there's lots of free things to do. For example, there is free food at lunchtime from the Hare Krishna movement. If you come to London to study, don't just stay in your halls, go out and explore the city. The Students' Union at KCL puts on really good events and they are very well organised.
