I would definitely recommend that you join a society at the University of Liverpool, ideally a sports team, as from my experience they are a great way to make friends and have lots of fun. I would also advise people to make the most of library books and not waste their student loan on buying books that you may only use a couple of times. I would like to see an improvement in the student union at Liverpool, its the only thing that is dragging us down, because the other facilities and the city are amazing!
