The university has a beautiful campus with it's own train station to access the city centre easily. From my experience, all of the academics really care about our experience and love it when I ask questions in lectures or ask for guidance with assessments. There are so many social events too, so it's easy to make friends here. There are multiple methods of student support - my first port of call is my personal tutor. The university provide lots of opportunities for professional development too - such as networking events, guest speakers, student jobs and abroad opportunities to volunteer or study.

Contact hours really depend upon the module, for example there is more in-class practical work for Clinical Physiotherapy skills. Most modules have a mixture of learning methods, such as in-person lectures, pre recorded lectures, computer practical work or sometimes online zoom meetings for seminars. Lecturers are easy to contact, either through their office hours or via email (which they aim to respond to within 2 days).

There are often lots of social events held in the student hub - free for people living in accommodation. I find that it is good value for money, especially due to the close proximity to campus and the train station.
