It has been hard to start off with, alot of work, and alot of study however very worthwhile and the people I have met have made it so much better. Chester as a university is not just for the learning but for the personal growth you go through, so all in all, Chester is a great University to attend.

On Thornton Science park where my lectures are based, they have alot of facilities there such as the lab equipment and the library resources, this helps a great deal with my course.

I have been offered lots of support from staff at the university with regards to my illness and it is very much appreciated. The university is located in a wonderful city and there is plenty going on throughout the week if you enjoy being social.
Facilities
How good are your university's facilities?
They are dated but still in good condition
Student support
How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).
Academic tutors as re excellent and always willing to offer support. Counselling is difficult to get into and you can be waiting for months for a referral, however the staff are wonderful.

I haven't spent much time there but other than the bar and restaurant there doesn't seem to be much going on.

There are plenty to choose from and I would say that there is something for everyone.
