The wifi is awful, halls are amazing. There is a lot of support, I think there should be more hang out areas.

Lecturers talk a bit too fast to try and keep up with but otherwise it’s good

Hope is a great place study as I feel very well supported as a student. Post Christmas i was struggling with my mental health and this started to effect my studies and the university have went above and beyond in supporting me, but also continuing to support me in the weeks and months since. Academically the Uni support is good, within PE PGCE myself and my peers have been very well supported with additional training opportunities but also in our understanding of topics taught. The Uni could improve in communication to students about events that take place in the UNI and also support of the sporting clubs that work hard to represent the University

Very knowledgeable tutor who clearly treats us as individuals and teaches to us all to ensure we each have an understanding of the different aspects of the course. Have an ideal contact time however could always get more as there is so much to learn and develop within my subject. In terms of ITAP sessions i feel this these are too broad and are not really applicable to PE teaching however i do have an understanding of their purpose. Feel online classes have no benefit, especially when they are about assignments Support from tutors as previously stated is first class and have really helped me personally.

Value for money is very good, Halls were in excellent condition and are easy to keep clean. It has everything that we would need in terms of our kitchen area. Inn regards to my room i was pleasantly surprised in regards to the my en suite room with its facilities and how easy it was to make homely. Well placed with fellow PGCE students with similar interests to minimize the opportunity for being homesick. Quizzes every Wednesday - Washing facilities which are easy to use and clean.
