So far, I have only experienced the university online but the support and communication is very good. Their systems are also very efficient. Not a lot of international support for finance or scholarships for online degrees. Other than that, it is good.

The campus is fantastic and generally a lovely place to be, it is architecturally mind-blowing - study spaces are heavily populated throughout and there are tons of social spaces. The student life speaks for itself, being in Brighton, and the SU backs this up heavily. However, some areas feel underdeveloped, some facilities are very dated and feel like they need a bit more care and investment; further the SU have had a rough few years bringing students together for good events.

I enjoy my contact hours a lot and my lecturers/professors are fantastic, however, I feel limited by the number of contact hours we have - it feels like every time I'm taught we run out of time and have to cut short content. Further, for my course specifically there is, to my knowledge, a lacking quantity of dedicated resources outside of school-wide resources.

The accomodation was extremely expensive for what we were offered, and management was few and far between, hard to get hold of and rarely able to attend issues in an appropriate time. There was construction at the time and we were given almost no warning and no compensation, even though this resulted in significant disruption and cut offs to internet, heating and water. Despite this, the location was stunning, the accomodation was safe (although some front doors did not lock, which is concerning) and room allocation had choices for same sex flats and quiet flats etc.
