Best: moving in was stress free and directed smoothly, along with all the events from different colleges Worst: there is not much to do on certain days, like events created by the uni or colleges, I would like to see more

Best: the amount of spaces we have to rehearse, the Nuffield theatre, rehearsal spaces being fitted with lighting and sound Worst: some things just seem sprung on us at the start

Most: it’s by a lot of my seminars or lectures, and by the LICA building where I have my practical Least: it is up 6 flights of stairs with no lift, and I have recently had to use crutches

The uni being campus based is great, especially when you're in first year, it makes it much less daunting to move to university when everything is in one place instead of trying to navigate round a city. Overall I think the uni is great, but I do think its silly to have to pay to park on campus, especially when yes there's lots of buses, but they're always full and often the bus drivers just drive past you. Additionally some unis included a gym membership when you go to uni and I think that would of been nice

I had less contact hours for my course than I thought, which was a bit disappointing but they do factor in time for you to rehearse for projects. The course is a good mix of practical and theory, however a bit more of how to work backstage would be helpful because you have to do it for your projects, but there's not a specific module where you get taught, you have to kind of figure it out for yourself. There was not much support in guaranteeing a placement as I opted for a placement year but was unfortunate enough to not get one.

I enjoyed my halls, all my roommates were lovely and we all got on. I know that never seems to be the case but it was for us. They recommend moving back to campus for third year, but personally I find its a lot more expensive than a house in town and you get a lot less on campus
