The university of Brighton has allowed me to flourish in ways that I did not think I would! The last three years of learning and training have been hard but so rewarding, with the course and the uni continuously changing and upgrading I can only imagine the learning experience will improve year on year!

The course has had a huge overhaul in the last 12 months with new staff, new equipment, new rooms on campus specifically for the course which has improved our practical on campus training days. The course is run with integrated placement shifts, which is typically 2 placement shifts and 1 uni day a week, meaning you can learn a skill in uni in one week and be practicing it out on the road the next.

I liked having my halls on the same campus that all my teaching was on, the halls are friendly, and allow you to make friends which may not be on the same course as you. The only real downside to Paddock fields was that it was a bus ride from anywhere, due to my course I had my car with me which made doing food shopping etc easy but for those without their cars it was a slight issue.

Environment is lovely and always feel supported

feel like sometimes could be more supported by staff but placement and everything else is great and completely understand staff are busy

Could do with a re vamp but otherwise everything else was fine
