The university of Worcester is in the best location. With the main campus a 15 minute walk away from the city centre, along the river. The campus is small and full of greenery and is has such a homely feel. I do Sport Therapy and I love it so much. So much content to learn but it is never dull. I am doing things I thought I would never do and I am learning things which will help me pursue the carrier I want to do. If you need support the are always people to go to whether that be your lectures, student hub, student union or your Personal Academic tutors. Worcester is a sporty place and the facilities are amazing. The arena is a work of art filled with sporting activities and next door is the gym which is all new. Living on campus is great as flats are small and feel very homely. I have made friends for life. The student union is always hosting good events and always engaging the students. The night life in Worcester is great. There is a couple of main clubs which host great events for freshers and refreshers. Overall I think Worcester was my best choice and I am glade I came here as it has opened my opportunities to succeed in what I want to do.

There is state of the art equipment everywhere which is used all the time to help with your learning. Lecturers are always there to give a helping hand and they always want what is best for you. your personal academic tutor is always there if you need them and you can always book a meeting with them if needed. there are a wide range of placement opportunities and i cant wait for the future when I get to go out and experience them.

cost of living at Worcester is very cheap and the closest supermarket to campus is aldi. Buses run though campus and the train station is a 20 minute walk away. I always feel safe on campus and going around the city.

Windrush is a 2 minute walk from the centre of the campus and is has 4 flats of 6. We all get along and we go out as a building. the building is tucked away near the back but has parking right outside it. It is cheap and you defiantly get value for money. the flats are always clean and the cleaners do a very good job.

Lots of academic writing support and good pastoral support systems. Lecturers could improve timing of assignment deadlines to reduce clustering and also ensure progress is left free for self directed study so students can use it for consolidation and catch up.

Creative teaching approaches and great opportunities for simulated learning experiences ahead of work placement. Practical tasks could be interspersed more, rather than extensive theory and not doing practical until later in semester.
