The support for athletes is great. You do not feel the need to choose between one.

The university is a small building so everyone gets to know each other really well however the location of the university is not great for student life as there isn’t much to do in Horsforth

Our course started during covid and as it is a practical course we didn’t receive the right amount of in person practice. Also we were told there would be a physio facility open for us to gain experience however this has only recently become accessible to us.

The university is far out of the city, there are more opportunities within the city. Public transport is intermittent so it makes it hard to travel into the city sometimes. But I do like the scenes around the university, there are beautiful views across open fields and the area is very quiet.

The halls were clean however the location was not great for getting into the city centre to socialise
