I feel like student support could definitely be improved as it takes ages for them to get back to me about my concerns

there is such a student community however if you don’t involve yourself you can feel very lonely and sometimes people don’t feel confident to involve themselves as some people try to and get ignored but there is quite a lot of support in place for mental health, financial worries etc

there was a lot of online learning at first and now it’s a mix however some in person sessions aren’t worth the time it takes for some students to commute in as some can easily be done online, don’t always see tutor and sometimes takes a while to respond to emails so that can be challenging, also some lessons are cancelled such last minute that it’s a real inconvenience for some people

such good value for money felt safe and was able to report complaints super easy
