Blackheath Lane Campus is very modern. It has amazing facilities and clinical practice rooms with incredible support from the lecturers. The cafe and canteen serve lovely food and drinks, with something new and interesting always on the menu.

Midwifery is taught with a blended learning approach, normally with two days on campus, one day online and two days for independent study. I find this approach very useful as i don’t live near campus and this facilitates my needs. Although we aren’t on campus everyday, we still recieve lots of support from the lecturers who are so friendly and approachable!

I was so pleased I was offered a place at my first choice, the University of Staffordshire. And I am still so happy with my decision to enroll. It's a great university with amazing tutors who are so supportive amd kind. I have settled very well and am enjoying my experience so far, and I'm confident that it will continue.

I like the combination of online and in-campus learning. We start placements next week and whilst I'm sure it will be harder to juggle time once we are working 2 days/nights a week, I think it will be doable, so long as we manage our time well and are disciplined when it comes to being proactive.
