The worse aspect of my uni experience is the student union / student bar on Kingston hill campus. Also some of the staff could get to know students more for example my tutor knowing who I am when going to see her. When In halls being left without heating and hot water a majority of the time. The best aspect is meeting new people on my course and in halls. The staff on the course being very friendly and supportive.

It is a friendly and safe space and the lecturers and staff are really helpful. Kingston Hill campus is a little dated but it has a community feel about it. I highly recommend this university.
