The majority of the teaching staff are very approachable and helpful however I believe the university mismanaged the Covid situation with the online/live balance since the majority of second-year material was online while there could have been more live sessions.

Overall I am satisfied especially with the final year dissertation however the first and second year practical work was a bit "blunt".

The teaching staff are so passionate and clearly care so much about student learning and experience. The SU feel so disconnected from students, and communication from them is very poor.

The course tries to be mindful and incorporate a blended learning approach to work for most students. Some modules have very limited contact hours with lecturers in smaller class settings (i.e. tutorials)

Halls had multiple maintenace issues and at times these were patched up rather than truly fixed. Compared to other accomodation offered mine was good value for money, as the rooms and shared facilities were spacious.
