While there are occasional technical difficulties with the wifi and website, the university as a whole provides as much as humanly possible to all of its students. There are so many facilities that allow for every student individual preferences and lots of opportunities and support throughout the university. The city has plenty to do and see without being too overbearing. A wonderful place to live and study

The resources available are bountiful for a music student and the subjects we study are, on the whole, relevant and enjoyable - allowing for various pathways in the industry try be opened up. There has not been much evidence of placements and internships but i believe this will change in second year. Tutor contact is slightly limited but it allows for plenty of independent work to get done and they are always responsive to emails if you are struggling.

Leeds is perfect for artists to thrive. You’re surrounded by a love for music and a supportive network of people that are more than happy to help you get where you’re trying to be. Yes, the facilities are gorgeous but you can find that anywhere with a highly rated course. Leeds just has the love that sets it apart from other universities.

Lecturers are supportive and have always expressed care and concern for mine and others wellbeing, as well as their work. Course content is enjoyable but also widely applicable to many different career paths and opportunities
