The campus at the University of Warwick is so beautiful and so calming to walk around. The buildings are great and many new facilities make it a nice place to be. The life sciences department is so welcoming and makes it easy to settle in to the University. The only downside is that the local bus services are not frequent, expensive and overcrowded meaning that I worry next year when I am living off campus about getting in to Uni.

I like how we have small tutor groups with a personal tutor that we meet every week throughout our time studying meaning that you don’t feel lost in a sea of students at the university. Furthermore this gives us opportunities to be working on things other than just lectures which can be overwhelming when we are being told so much information. Also there are lots of sessions for peer support from older years as well as academic staff to help you get to know what you are doing which is great. I like that we have lots of contact hours so I am not alone in my room all day.

I love it! Such a pretty location makes me feel happy when I’m in my room. Lovely bing room and great en-suite bathroom. Plenty of cupboard storage both in room and in the kitchen. Downside is a slight lack of fridge space although it’s not too bad. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance responds to any issues quickly. Compared to other accommodations on campus it has very good value for money although overall I think that the prices for all accommodation on campus is a bit steep.

Best: student feedback is always taken into consideration whether that be on a campus or departmental level, many work opportunities from working at on-campus restaurants, student ambassadors or arrival assistants, international and home students mingle very well, great facilities and study spots Worst: the location (very far from entertainment, only 2 major grocery stores nearby), only one 24h study spot (the library), busses come irregularly

Best: great placement support and in-house opportunities (e.g. URSS and MBio), feedback is always taken into consideration, quick replies from most lecturers, building up of content and skills is quite good, doesn't feel too overwhelming Worst: content can be a bit boring sometimes, isolated campus, facilities (excluding labs) are not that great (e.g. the study space)

Best: townhouse thus more quiet, nice kitchen w TV, en-suite, close to central campus Worst: bathroom is a bit small, not much storage space (no shelf), no lift which is a bit tiring for moving storage, far from Tesco
