My university experience has given me so much independence and confidence

I like that my course doesn’t have any exams

Lincoln is a great place to study with a lot of student support for academic and personal use. It's close to the city centre and has a lot of good accommodation nearby. The uni itself is laid out well and has lots of places to study or hang out.

The course is exactly what I was looking for in university, the lecturers are so friendly and amazing at what they do, and the content itself is interesting to learn and it's clear a lot of thought and care has gone into making lectures and seminars interesting.

Valentine is too expensive for what it is. It's a bit of a walk from the uni and the city centre, but it's close to Morrisons so it has something going for it. The rooms are bigger than I thought they were, and you get a lot of storage space there. Having good flatmates is key to enjoying it. Maintenance is okay in emergencies, but can take a while to sort out actual issues. Just go to a private halls instead of uni managed halls, they're so much cheaper and just as nice.
