Location is good because of proximity to facilities and shops but too far from town and university

Most- social life and proximity to supermarket Worst-maintenance checks are not specified (a weeks gap is given from 9/5 so we can’t prepare or leave the house for their arrival) and bedrooms are small and old with no living/social spaces
