Good support, good lecturers with real feel for their subjects and depth of knowledge. Really good support both on academic and administrative side. The age of the buildings (Edwardian, listed) means that disabled access is a problem in some areas but staff are always happy to help.

Over the last 3 years we've had a mix of teaching to take account of the pandemic; the online elements were well thought out and covered a good depth of subjects. Since returning to F2F the fact that all lectures are recorded and made available as revision aids is great - it means you can focus in the lectures, and if you have an issue with live note taking then you can use the recordings to make notes, and pause them as needed. Lecturers have clear office hours and emails, they are always happy to discuss elements that you might need help with. The physical and online library resources are really good - in a lot of cases the books are available as eBooks as well as hard copies which helps when there are several of you trying to borrow the same book.
