What makes my university a great place to study is that the lecturers are very experienced, and the students are mature and accommodating. I am privileged enough to have exceptional lecturers on my faculty who went above and beyond the role of tutors. They were not just educators but also mentors who shared their practical experiences and wisdom with us students. Their guidance and support were instrumental in shaping my perspective and approach towards healthcare.

During my clinical experience, I had the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in natural healthcare settings. This experience was invaluable for learning about and understanding patient care. The lecturers and clinical instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always available for guidance, clarification, and mentorship, both in person and online. Simulations and practical sessions were incredibly beneficial, allowing me to shadow experienced staff and boosting my confidence and competence.

Living costs are affordable in a secure setting, with convenient public transportation options for students who work. The university even offers an inter-campus bus service. Additionally, there are bustling local high streets where students can find part-time employment, and numerous graduate job opportunities throughout the area. Notably, the university is situated in close proximity to several boroughs, including Greenwich, Lewisham, and Bromley, as well as esteemed NHS Trusts such as South London and Maudsley (SLAM), Oxleys, and Kent and Medway (KMPT).
