The university has some great facilities available to students at the David Goldman informatics centre, which can be used at any time. The staff at the university are friendly and helpful throughout your studies. The location is perfect, with a great mix or city living and quiet scenic views both on campus and throughout the city itself. There are many places to socialise, both through the day and through the night, with it being so close to surrounding cities it means that travel is relatively straight forward and easy.

A great aspect of my course is the university facilities which are available to students. both for experiments and private study. There are many electronics available and the module content is exactly what you would expect for an engineering course. The staff are very friendly and help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the course, I have felt a much stronger engagement since covid in particular. One good thing about this course is that towards the start of the course, you will study slightly different areas of engineering along side your own, this allows for students to change course after a year or two if they feel like they would be more suited to another. This can cause issues if you strictly want to study a certain topic, however, it is very useful once you move into the later years of the course. The module content is delivered in person, which is ideal for the subject matter that you are studying, which lecturers available throughout the week if needed.

The forge, although is slightly more expensive than other university accommodations, really does stand out for the best and has a very high value for money. The accommodation is clean, secure and they staff are very very helpful. Security on site 24/7 is great especially when any issues do arise (However uncommon). The forge is located around a 20 minute walk from city campus and a 35 minute walk from St peters campus. This is slightly more than other accommodations but the university does provide a free shuttle bus to students or the Forge, which goes not only to city campus but st peters as well, this is a free service that runs all day 5 days a week both to and from the accommodation.

It's a lot of fun. They need to good on their foundation or else it will be hard to catch up. Study from college before come here. If you come, study from first class it will be hard to remember everything while revise if not learned.!
