Location is good and accessible via Brighton, moulsecoomb station. Staff are relatively friendly. Wide range of engineering facilities to take advantage of for my Dissertation I don’t mind that it’s small as im here to learn. Improvements is SU, they are more focused on partying which majority wants but I wish they ca bring back sailing tryouts in summer and winds surf that was sick!

Lecturers are decent but the support side is hard to find. Tutor contact time I haven’t really taken advantage which might be caused by me not understanding the upside of it. That’s it really. Subject facilities are pretty decent. Good for a campus its size although occasionally unacceptable which is discouraging me for my first uni of choice for masters next year.

Jobs are difficult to find including part time and placements due to current economic circumstances so it’s rated lower. Brighton is an expensive place to live. Not sure what 5 star safety and public transport is like so…

Nice interior, safe good cookers and weekly cleaners. Downside is is the price has skyrocketed making value for money questionable. Safety not so sure cuz I had a troublemaker in the flat which nearly needed mediation. Although they responded quickly to it

The university is a great teaching facility overall. It’s easy to ask the lecturers questions, even online. Lectures are very interesting and sometimes engaging. But it’s not just the lectures that made my experience great, but also the vibrant colours of the lively city. Brighton is an amazing place with multiple things to keep you occupied. Whether it’d be countless number of pubs and nightclubs, rollercoaster ride on the pier, or just a stroll along the beautiful coastline.

The university has great facilities that are easily accessible. A lot of their manufacturing equipment is based in their Advanced Engineering building.

The online lectures are good, you have tutorial sessions you can drop into to and ask questions. The teaching hours are good too as they aren’t too long and promote self learning.

There are quite a fe emails promoting job and internships that university send out via your uni email. This gives you a good grasp on what you like and where you want to go.
