Lots of support for placement which was great

It’s a very welcoming place and has great sports facilities. It has a quick bus to the city centre and there are loads of clubs and societies on everyday. I think to be improved they could have another club as there are limited clubs in the city for nights out, but the university does try to help with this by having university club nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I really like the accommodation and there’s loads of different places to choose to live depending on how you feel. The years are really immersed together when you're in a society so you get to know lots of people.

I have 22 contact hours a week, with 20 of those being in person so my course isn’t really online. This is really good as I find it really hard to focus and learn in front of a Laptop. We also have additional workshops that are optional for people that are struggling. These are ran by other students and are very useful when you need help. It’s difficult to get contact with lecturers since there are nearly 400 people on my course but we have lots of tutorials with older students

I really like being near people. My student accommodation is sociable but not too loud so I can actually get to sleep at night. I get a long with my flatmates really well and we go on flat nights out together. We have people coming in to clean our kitchen on a weekly basis so that it doesn’t get too dirty but our rooms and toilets are left to us. I really appreciate having an en-suite, even if it is very basic.
