Too many hours for first year I wanna live my life

Too many hours it’s quite unreasonable

I like it, it’s cheap but still not the best facilities

UWE has excellent facilities that makes learning easy. Most of my lectures are recorded and all notes that are given out in the lectures are put online too. I have learned a number of new computer programs and new skills that I know I can apply to future jobs. My course is brilliant and the lecturers are all friendly and willing to help. The city of Bristol itself is amazing to live in. I find it very different and perfect for students. The shopping is amazing and so is the night life. The university itself is about a 20 minute bus ride away from the city centre which is not ideal for me so in my first year I lived in private halls in the heart of the city. Most people I know did this too. Its much easier for going out in the night because there's no need to pay loads for a taxi! The student union on campus is not fantastic either. There's just two bars where one has a dance floor but its nothing compared to the clubs in the city. I always avoid the SU! Its not too bad during freshers week but this is probably the only time there a worthwhile event on.
