I had a fantastic three years at the University of Essex! I loved my course, the facilities and made some amazing friends! I studies Marketing and found getting a job to be so much easier than I had hoped - if you study hard and get a good grade local businesses or London agencies will snap up business and marketing graduates!

Southend campus is brand spanking new and Colchester's library is huge with plenty of relevant literature for my course.

Any time I had queries the Student Support team were super helpful!

Southend campus SU was a bit quiet, but will have grown now. However, times I visited Colchester were amazing they always had lots going on!

Southend was right on the High Street - perfect for lunches, shopping, going to the seaside and for evening drinks.

I lived with my parents but friends living in uni accommodation never had any complaints in their first year.

Campus and facilities are great Part time job availability are less

Lecture helps us but it should be more one to one meeting

Food I like least there should be more options and I like su bar and sub zero
